dear feroz, If I am correct, what you have referred is not the Constitution of India, but The Representation of People's Act. While in principle what is stated in your message looks right, it is not only practical but is also dangerous.Finding fault with a politician is easy. but dont forget the politician is running this very complex system. Further, no one in this world is perfect. The show has to continue has to continue with all its limitations. It cannot and should not stop. Think for a moment, if a large number of people resort to this avenue, one cannot hold elections in J&K or Assam etc. Such a scenario will create huge and hitherto unknown problems to the country.
