Please note, as I also clarified in some of my earlier mails, your internet speed is completely different from your download browser's speed. Your internet speed is calculated in Kilo Bits per second and the speed that your browser shows when you download something, it is measured in Kilo Bytes per second, and since one byte consists of 8 bits, hence, your download speed would always be 8 times less than your actual internet speed. Please note wherever KBPS is written with lower B, it refers to as bit, and KBPS with upper B refers to as byte. You should be able to download the 188 MB file in about twenty minutes at the most with all fluctuations considered and not in 5 hours as you seem to imply. Give it a try and post the results on AI.
