Hi, Did you put the "_" between NAB and Helpline? And, there is no space between the words "help" and "line".
To subscribe just follow this procedure. Type ON in caps, space nab_helpline in the message box, and send it to 09870807070. Please do not forget to type "underscore" sign between nab and helpline.
