Hello, Frames on html pages are used by designers for two reasons. It may be used to keep separate certain portion of a web page, say for instance, links on the lefthand frame and details on the righthand frame. Or they may use a header frame on top to make sure that certain text and messages are displayed continuously. The other advantage of a frame is that when a page needs to be updated, only the section inside a frame needs to be updated. It saves editing time.
For navigation, you may use the jaws keystroke insert+f9 for a list of frames where you can use arrow keys to navigate and enter to activate. While on a web page, use the letter m to move to the next frame, and shift+m to go to the previous frame. Best regards, Amiyo Biswas.
