I was just surfing the net and great to see that India has come up with accessibility guidelines for Indian Government Websites. Please visit http://web.guidelines.gov.in and as the site mentioned, one need to register on the website to access the guidelines and to send in feedback. Great! I'm feeling happy that soon we shall be able to access every government website without difficulty.
