[AI] Loosing Speech

Hi, Loosing voice or hanging itself is common among screen readers. 
Programmers can't debug each and every problem that arises by different 
applications. Some time we have to kill related processors of screen 
readers forcefully, or restart the computer to regain speech. If you 
encounter such a situation while working with jaws, how should you solve 
the problem. I expect intelligent answers from all of the list members.
