Too many, too many, Our roads would be choked with so many blind drivers!!!!!
I believe driving is an activity fraught with serious consequences, and should not be taken so lightly. What I opine is that the original mail on this issue mentioned a technology providing non-visual feedback to the driver which may be used for blind to drive a vehicle. It has been tried on closed course, and it may take ages before it can hit Indian roads. Blind persons may enjoy driving on special closed roads, or cycling on beaches, that is another matter. Jumping with joy at a scrap of a news is not justified in my view. I can understand the joy at even the thought of regaining lost joys as many of us are late blind, however, cluttering the list with so many "I-TOO's", is too much!!!
