I have made a complain online and received a complain number. I have also
suggested him to ask for locking. The problem is that the card was always
with him. That's a mystery.

A relative of mine today found his SBI acount absolutely nil. He had
around 35000 rupees in his account. The problem is that he opened this
account in Kolkata, but he is now in Chattrishgarh on official duty which
can't quit. Is there any way he can lodge an immediate complain online?
