I have contact the customer cares of icici and access banks through email and asked for their agents. both the bank replied through email and phone and denied the same. however, if I get the relevant circulars and guidelines of reserve bank from you, I will go to their branches and take further stapes. you may send me the documents in my email address amarnath....@gmail.com
