Hello sir,
From your question what I understood is that you are not seeing the BCC
field in your outlook express while composing a new message. To activate the BCC field just do the following.
1 Press ctrl + n to compose a new message.
2 Then go to view menu by pressing alt + v.
3 Here you will find an option "all headers", just check that option by hitting enter on it.
Now you will be able to see the BCC field.
