Dear Sir, Well, I wont ever say that this should happen with you. Coming to software accessibility, well I would recommend you to get the trading acount which is website based. Because most of the softwares are made with Java which is not really accessible except when java access bridge is installed. So my recommendation would be to get the site-based trading and not the software based trading.
