Just asking: did you try to do a clean uninstall of Firefox (i.e. completely removing all the traces of it in program files, documents and settings) and re-installing it? Google chrome is not accessible at the moment, although they claim to be working on that aspect. Which keystroke did you press? alt+d? CTRL+l? what message did you get? Regards, Ravi Paul
