Respected Sir, All confusion is clear now. Actually, even if you create autorun what it does is that it shows you the option of starting nvda when pen drive is inserted along with the other options like e.g., open and explore, take no action. So we suppose here, that if pen drive is inserted, the first option after few seconds comes is that of starting NVDA, so simply press enter and you are done. But yes for sure, no way of starting NVDA automatically. If we use vista, we can start NVDA automatically, but I don't know about that. I downloaded the portable of NVDA, and found that it has no bat file or autorun file like jaws portable. that's why we have to create manual autorun file. Based on primary research, here is the link which contains the article on running NVDA from pen drive, with the autorun file which needs to be downloaded.
