Since Bhojpuri language is based on devanagari script, hence any TTS which support devanagari script can works with bhojpuri language. Currently eSpeak, Lekha and Vaachak TTS support devanagari script.
Currently eSpeak support devanagari script based languages (like hindi, marathi, sanskrit etc.), Tamil, English and Pubjabi languages. There is no TTS available for other indian languages. I encourage members from other regional languages to come forward and work to add support for more indian languages with eSpeak. Any member who has good understanding of regional language can work with eSpeak team to add support for desired language.
