i tried by copying and re-pasting in new document but did not work for me. actually what is with that table is it has two columns and they are not in probper format. at first, content of first column is written and after finishing the content of first column, from the next line content of second column is . also using fine reader, office 2003 with XP. regards, shikhar mo: 09650157581
