Thanks for your valuable suggestions, Actually I don't no the reason
behind this problem, but yesterday when I restarted my computer I tried to
delete the file and with a surprise I succeeded. Either it may be the work
of some virus or something wrong with my computer. Doesn't matter what was
the cause, now I have got rid of that trouble.

Simplest solution is to use unlocker.
Many a times you must have seen while deleting system files these errors:
The disk is protected, The disk or file you are trying to delete is not
used by another program bla bla bla...
So the solution is to use any unlocker there are plenty of freeware
unlockers available on net. NCH softwares provide good unlocker.
Try googleing, if no success write me back I will send you.

well, this needs a thorough scan for virus, is the last resort, when
all the other things are perfectly in tact.
