Hello friend,
Plese do the following steps.
1. Go to the jaws by clicking on the jaws icon on the desktop.
2. Go to the option menu.
3. Then go to basics.
4. check the checkbox saying automatically start jaws.
5. Hit on OK button.
Now after restarting the computer, your problem will be solved.

Oh! It happened to me as well. Just turn off the automatically start
jaws
feature restart your PC and start jaws manually. It may work. In my
case
this technique is working well.
