hello AI friends. I am facing a problem with real player.the key commands control left and control right which should take things back and forth, is not working. when I press control right, jaws says fast forward, however the movement does not take place. is it an issue with the settings? I am using windows vista and jaws 10. also the latest free version of real player. looking forward to your suggestions. thanks in advance,
