Dear Sameer, The option of "Paste Special" in Excel is not available with "Cut" option. In order to activate this option of Paste Special, one needs to copy the ranges and not Cut the range.
Once you have copied the cells from A1 to A20 simply go to B1 and select paste special. During paste special select transpose check box. Subsequently you can delete the data in A1:A20 range manually.
