go to sendspace.com: use browse button and select the file. give a description to your file. give the recipient email and your mail and agree to the terms. use the upload button and file starts uploading. after it completes the upload it gives a link to you. copy it and paste where ever you require.
alternatively download the sendspace wizard and use it from the same sight install and loggin with your user name which you have created.
