Actually, when you meet with their officials, you would get a feeling as though they are more than willing to accommodate the issues we raise. I have spoken to them several times about the need for a screen reader software as part of their mobile phones. Unfortunately, nothing happens beyond a few pleasant words and affirmations of "doing something" about it.
