Actually, when you meet with their officials, you would get a feeling as
though they are more than willing to accommodate the issues we raise. I
have spoken to them several times about the need for a screen reader
software as part of their mobile phones. Unfortunately, nothing happens
beyond a few pleasant words and affirmations of "doing something" about
it.

their PC suite also to certain extent lacks accesibility.

Is that because they don't want blind people to be hit with flying cell 
phones when the sighted public becomes frustrated with them and flings

out of car windows?
