Dear Tushar, Thank you for writing to me, i know the difficulty were deaf persons facing in concessions at indian railways, however i have made several representation to set right the defects in concessions for deaf persons, no-one is bothered to set right the defects yet to now, but President of India's Secretariet has send directions to ministry of railways to do the needful about my representation to imliment railway concessions to deaf only also. As existing railway concession pass is applicable together for deaf & dumb, hence separate concession for deaf only or dumb only we must need. It also take note that some one having deafness and otherone having dumbness, then how one who insiste for affixing together i.e. deaf & dumb ? This is discrimination and attracts unequality among disability.
