it's pathetic, and more than that it's really inhumane. we all need to act with all our vigourand with all the legalities and should educate the various athorities of the laws related to the disableds in every part of the world; to assure that these kind of mishapps don't take place in future with any of the disableds. expecting for the things to get better.
