In my openion, Fashion Designing and Dress Designing is a highly skilled profession, where the colours and designs can not be compromised. Every now and then one needs to create something different like colour combination, the perfect ratio of different colours to produce a new one, lots of imagination to create a new design and modification in the existing designs.
Colour identifiers are helpful in some ways, but not comprehensive to meet the requirements of this profession. And the advanced version of Ci are expensive too.
