service centre employees don't know about access technology. the screen
reading utilities are a just an entertainment softwares for them. format
your system, install it again. first install sp3, then load all the drivers,
then other softwares. hope this will help.

Actually I am not technologically sound person so i don't understand
what does mean by chipset and display driver. I have downloaded from
lenowo website and installed all drivers on advice of linowo
representative.
I have asked 2 engineers about the problem but they are also not able
to understand.
So please advice me what should I do?

I am facing a strange problem with windows xp.
Previously I was using windows 7 in my lenowo laptop. It worked fine with
jaws.
Now I have installed xp-3, but jaws doesn’t read system tray,
property, spell check and other things. I visited lenowo service
centre and according to their advice downloaded and installed drivers
with proper sicvense. Still the problem is same.
