Hi! I am using bank of india's net banking from last 1 year without any
problem. but recently, they have introduced a new software call "star
tocan". According to them, it is for secuar net banking. But I found it very
difficult from the point of accesibility. If this continues, I will be just
unable to use internet banking of this bank. This utility works in secure
desktop mode. I request our knowledgeable members to solve my quairy. First
of all I would like to know that what is mean by secure desktop mode? and
one more thing what can be done for accessibility for the net banking
facility? is dropping a mail to the bank will work?
