Hi,

You would need jaws installed on the computer you want to connect to.
Serotek is your best option right now since it is screen reader independent.

Across internet. Vista/win7 (not server). Enabling remote desktop on 
client PCs and connecting wouldn't be easy (will need their IP). And I 
think
client system should have JAWS installed for jaws to work in remote desktop?

This is for remote support etc however it is not urgent or really 
needed, wanted to explore whether accessible remoting is possible in any 
simple way.
