Hi madhave,under its scheme of job reservation, the governament of india maintains that the p.w.d. Shall be posted at the nearest place to their home and in gernal circumstances they can not be transfered arbbitatorly. Some state governamens like karnataka have also such special provisons pertaining to transfer of persons with disablity.
