hello malika, as nokia has made changes in there e-mail clind, so talks 4.11.3 wont work properly, when ever you will try to read mails, it will say "blank" i suggest you to use talks 5 instead. though it does not gives 100% accessibility, but its fine at least you can read and write mails.
