It will not be safe toopen a pen drive automatically. Usually, it is
disabled too. Better try to run it from windows run command. If the pen
drive is h:, the usual path of the NVDA executable should be
h:\NVDA\NVDA.exe

Dear Friends,
I have downloaded NVDA portable from its website. I also have put it in my
pen-drive and extracted it to the same. But,against my expectation, it did
not start working when I inserted the pen-drive. I mean, NVDA did not
start speaking. Maybe I am unaware of the complete process. Could anyone
of you help me out?
