hope no solution. might be damaged. if it is not detecting in 1 P.C u can remove the U.S.B devise driver from devise manager and re plugging might have solved the issue. if more than 1 P.C may be in my view that it might be damaged only replacement in case if guarantee exists as most of the pen drives are covered for around 5 years.
