The NGO'S working for employment for visually challanged have a great task of educating the companies about the routine as well as professional activities of visually challanged people. For this they should instead of requesting for employments from companies should market the visually challanged people to the masses. This they can accomplish by giving presentations and live talks from successful and prosperous visually challanged people. This would gradually create awareness among people and companies that the challanged citizons are in no way conservative to other able citizon.
