Dear Timy,
I use vcd cutter to cut video as well as audio files.
after playing file, navigation keys are for rewind and fast forward the
file.
use keys f5 to start cutting and f6 to stop cutting, followed by f7 and f8
keys to save the file in desired location.

able to go the desire location, where I want to cut the file.
while playing the file, it is not allowing me to move forward and
backword.
while iam doing it, it suddenly getting stop.
