It is as same as creating e-mail account. Here you need to ask someone
create and provide invitation code who already has Web Visum account. Or
else, request Web Visum to provide it.

I just tried creating a web visum account with firefox as my browser.
I filled in everything, but it asks for invitation code. I don't
