Hello! Please do to following to resolve the issue:
type %temp% in "run" and hit enter. Now, select all the files and press
Delete key. Finally, press enter to confirm.
once again, go to "run" and type Prefetch. do the same again to delete all
the files.
you should have to run disk cleanup and diskdefragmentation program
alternatively once in a month. to run these program, you have to go "all
program sub menu followed by Accessories/system tools. here you need to
press "D". Finally, select C colon and hit enter to run these two programs
alternatively on your pc.
