   * Fix for bug #631544 - Orca crashes at GDM login screen if GDM's
     .local/share/orca directory does not exist

   * Fix for bug #628276 - Orca: Icons in Nautilus aren't using
     localized role names

   * Upgrade from LGPLv2 to LGPLv2.1.
