You can surely modify the distance before which you wish to get the alert.
Usually it is 200 meters.

If you wish to use some other aps like Groute, for finding the way to specific
places, do write to me.

Subject: [AI] tips required for using gps

HI friends! hope you are doing well. in my last mail, i asked you about nokia
c5 and nokia e63, and i finally have perchased nokia c5.

i tell you what! it is worth perchasing. the only thing is, that it does not
have Wlam support. but, the other features, such as internal gps are very very
useful.

i have started using loadstone, a satalite navigation software (open source)
for gps.

i would encourage all of you, who can afford to pay at least RS 8000 to
perchase this phone, please start using this software. you will be surprised by
it's accuracy.

finally, i request all the gps experienced users to give me some tips.

as per my experience, it alerts you much before your check point.

please tell me how to make it more accurate.

besides this, any more tips will be grately appriciated.

with best regards,

bhavesh patel.
