Dear Karan,
Quick office is used for opening and editing the office documents in mobiles. Some mobiles come only with the read-only version, and for editing features, you need to get license of quick office, whereas some come with complete bundle of quick office. There of course you need no license for editing etc.
I suppose that quick office must be preinstalled in your phone.
Though I am not big fan of reading documents on mobile, but let me know if you need further assistance.
