Dear Friends,

  For a month or so, I have been encountering a problem in my outlook express. 
Everydaywhen I start my Outlook Express, there is a message of Log on POP, 
asking for my password again and again. At last I have to visit the site and 
unlock the capture. Then only I am able to send and receive the mails. But it 
works only for the time being. Later, the same situation occurs and I am unable 
to send and receive my mails. I seek your expert guidance. Yes, by unlocking 
the capture, I successfully make Outlook Express work. But, it's teasing to do 
so over and over again. Please suggest me some solution.
