Dear Rajesh sir,

But other banks are still recruiting visually challenged people. For
example, Central Bank of India which has notified jobs now,and
Oriental Bank of Commerce which has very recently notified jobs, have
not imposed any rules like this. Is it a case where individual
organisations are taking their own decisions?

Coming to identified jobs, I remember enquiry clerks and some other
similar job being identified. Don't they include banking industry?

Just for another reference, we have Amilesh Kumar who got recruited as
AAO in LIC very recently.

I think we should immediately draft a letter and send it to the
Finance and HRD ministries, not for an immediate solution, but just
for making them aware of the current happenings.

Is there any NGO interested in this? I think AICB who trained many
employees of PNB officially would be the right organisation. This
doesn't mean others should not take this up.
