hi i use windows 7 ultimate 32 bit and jaws 11 i have the following questions 1 if i have to reinstall windows7 ultimate can i use upgrade install 2 which is the best way of upgrading keeping ur computer on and upgrading via installation disk or directly booting from installation disk 3 does jaws support deuring upgradding process 4 aproxmative howmuch time does upgradation take to finish
