Dear Friend, I have done this process, but You can make video dvd with dvd file not from video cd file. when you click on burn video dvd,from a video cd, message will prompt that file format is not supportable, when we click on make video cd and insert a dvd disc for burn, message will prompt that disc format is not supportable. so we can not make a dvd disc from any cd, mean we can burn only video cd to video cd, and video dvd to video dvd. If any suggestion any friend suggest me, welcome. Dr. A.K. Verma we can not write any cd format file on a dvd disc.
