Hello Friend,
to resolve the issue, go to tools menu followed by Connection page by using
Tab with the navigation of Control key. here you need to uncheck "Hang up
after Sending and Receiving" check-bbox and use tab to move forward. now,
click on ok button to apply the necessary changes.
