Dear friends, weeks before I told you about my new job in SyndicateBank as Probationary Clerk. Like other banks, I too placed in Regional Office of Bangalore. Currently I placed in Information Technology Cell. I would like to know from you, what are the jobs visually impaired can perform in Information Technology cell. For time being, I am using my own laptop to carryout my day today assignment. Currently I am performing maintenance of ISO Audit reports, lodging complaints to vendors on faulty equipments related to computer, follow-up with vendors on installation of new computers in respected branches. Collecting information on status of ATM machines (less then 20 transaction). And reporting same to chief manager.
Our Manager would like to know from me what kind of operations visually impaired persons can perform in Core Banking Solution with the help of JAWS. Finally, I want to touch with PWD’s working in SyndicateBank or using CBS in other banks with the help of JAWS.
