Job Title : Lead CSR Job Location : Gurgaon ... with Travel across the country when required Role : To support recruitment and hiring of Specially Abled candidates especially Hearing and Speech Impaired To support Specially Abled Program with pool of resources to provide for people pipeline, according to regional need. Identify and liaison with various NGOs and partner with them to execute the Specially Abled Program. To run centralised Induction programmes Create and own career development plan for Specially Abled team To take ownership for crew and management training for Specially Abled team. Create / customize training contents to build capability of Specially Abled team. To coach and mentor the restaurant teams to ensure quality and timely execution of Team Member Training & Developing Champions training for Specially Abled candidates To meet with each Area Coach/Region HR Manager regularly to update them on progress of Specially Abled trainees including any issues which might be affecting their training completion Compensation and Benefits would be the best in the industry ...
