[AI] problems in ms word

hi friends!
as a part of my b.com hons sillabus, we have to make use of various
options of view menu like drawing, word art, clip art, use of eraser
to erase lines of table etc. it is almost impossible for me to cop-up
with these opptions, how can i combat this problem?
help is awaited.\
