I am writing this mail on behalf of my younger brother. He is
a VI with low vision. He is going to complete his +2 and wants to join
for Electronics and communication engineering. Is it a good option for
a visually challenged person? Is there any restriction for VI to join
such professional courses? I am waiting for the advices from the
