Students as well as working visually impaired can apply for this Netbook.
However, please note that just submitting the application does not guarantee
the Netbook. All the applications will be screened by a committee and the
chosen ones will get the Netbook at the subsidized cost.

can this type of scheme be extended to the vi persons studying and working
too?
i am requesting the same because last year i have seen such kind of
scheme wherein working persons were also eligible to apply.
