Bhai.... on newer phones at least under settings>device management software
update is there.
Otherwise also, through device manager you click on the software and choose
the option check for updates like how it was in N73. call if problem
persists.

You can set your phone as a Mass storage. When you connect the phone

it shows like a pen drive. You can move files to it using My computer.
For updating Maps and firmware updates, You can choose software update on
your phone and using WIFI you can do the update by yourself.

latest versions are not for E63. I too have E63 and it came bundled
