Hi, YOu have to install the NVDA on to the system, you are wanting to run the installer that is on the pen drive, the message that you are getting is when you are inserting the pendrive, the system is trying to scan for the filesystem errors, dont get into details of the word. Just press tab and space bar, reason tab will take you to the next option(button) that is continue without scanning, and space bar shall activate the action.
once the pen drive gets detected after a moment or so depending on the OS and the make of pendrive it shall prompt again to open the pendrive in various modes like open the media and other things like this. Here you have to use the down arrow keys 4 to come to the option that says "open folder to view File" now press enter and look for the nvda setup.
